We Had A Moment

When two former lovers cross paths, memories of their past relationship resurface, sparking them to confront buried emotions they once knew. From the dimly lit bar where they share a passionate dance to the cold, familiar home they once shared, Luis and Sarah search for moments that might reignite what has been lost.

We Had A Moment was my first independent short film. Shortly after its own private screening, it was premiered at 2025 Tejano Film Festival where it won three awards: Best In Music, Best Editing, and Audience Choice Award.

It was great privilege to work with amazing filmmakers and friends who helped me bring life into this film. There were many challenges when creating this film, but working with a talented team helped me face those challenges while I writing the story, directing on set, and even composing the music!
